Estimating the Economic Viability of Advanced Air Mobility Use Cases: Towards the Slope of Enlightenment

While different vehicle configurations enter the AAM market, airlines declare ticket fares for their operations. This research investigates operating cost of an airline and economic viability with announced fare per km rates. For this purpose, three use cases in metropolitan area Hamburg showcase representative applications system, whereby a flight trajectory model calculates time each case. The direct are investigated case individually sub-classified five categories: fee, crew, maintenance, fuel capital costs. Here, has its own characteristics, which elements dominate. Additionally, sensitivity analysis shows effect variation cycles load factor, that influences costs as well business itself. Based on occurring cost, profit margin available seat kilometer lead to necessary km, charge.
